1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A [50%] deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be completed at least [14 days] before the dive date.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or our official online payment portal.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made [15 days] or more before the dive will receive a full refund minus administrative fees.
- Cancellations within [14 days] of the dive are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued due to no-shows or unused services.
3. Weather and Dive Conditions
- Safety is our top priority. Papiton Dive reserves the right to reschedule or cancel dives due to unsafe weather, ocean conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of cancellation by Papiton Dive, guests may choose between a full refund or rescheduling.
4. Health and Certification
- All divers must present a valid diving certification (e.g., PADI, SSI) and complete our medical questionnaire.
- Divers with medical conditions must provide a doctor’s clearance.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for diving activities.
5. Equipment and Liability
- Rental gear is available and included [optional—customize as needed].
- Divers are responsible for the care of any equipment loaned or rented.
- While our team follows the highest safety standards, participation is at your own risk. A liability waiver must be signed before diving.
6. Photography and Media
- Papiton Dive may take photos or videos during your experience for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us beforehand.
7. Code of Conduct
- Respect for local marine life and conservation practices is mandatory.
- Aggressive or unsafe behavior underwater or on the boat will not be tolerated.
8. Insurance
- Dive and travel insurance are highly recommended. Papiton Dive is not responsible for costs arising from accidents, injuries, or lost belongings.
